Ethyl Oleate is a non-greasy emollient that creates products with a silky feel. It conditions and hydrates the skin and aids the absorption of active ingredients. In addition, it functions as a solvent that helps dissolve lipophilic actives such as ceramides and vitamin C. In hair care products, ethyl oleate imparts hydrating and frizz-reducing properties.

Storage	Store in a dry place, away from high temperatures, as moisture and high temperatures cause depolymerization and reduce the polymer’s gelling properties. Sodium alginate can be stored between 10 and 20 °C for up to three years with no observable changes in efficacy. An aqueous solution of sodium alginate with a neutral pH can maintain stability for several years, provided a preservative is added.
