However, we do not guarantee that such information is free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Products are offered subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit purchase quantities, discontinue Products, or substitute items without prior notice. In the event a Product is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a refund for the unavailable item(s).

Pricing and Taxes

All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated and exclude applicable taxes (e.g., GST/HST), shipping fees, and handling charges, which will be calculated and disclosed at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice, provided that the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time you complete your purchase. Any promotional discounts or offers are subject to their specific terms and may be withdrawn at our discretion.

Order Placement and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase Products in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order at our sole discretion, including for reasons such as Product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud. An order is deemed accepted only upon our issuance of a written order confirmation via email, at which point a binding contract is formed.

Payment Terms

Payments must be made using the payment methods available on the Website at checkout, such as credit/debit cards or other approved options. By submitting payment, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers, and Phyto Axia does not store your full payment details. If a payment is declined or disputed, we may cancel your order and pursue any remedies available under applicable law.

• Standard Processing: Orders are processed and shipped within three (3) business days of purchase, excluding weekends and Canadian statutory holidays, unless otherwise stated.  

• Expedited Processing: We offer one (1) day processing for an additional fee, subject to availability and confirmation at checkout.  

• Delivery: Shipping times vary depending on your location, the courier service selected, and external factors such as customs clearance. We provide estimated delivery timelines at checkout but do not guarantee specific arrival dates. You agree to provide a valid shipping address and phone number, as most couriers require a contact number for delivery purposes.  

• Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery of the Products to the shipping carrier.

Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

Phyto Axia is committed to providing a satisfaction-guaranteed experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds on eligible Products under the conditions outlined below.

General Return Policy  

• Eligibility: We accept returns of unopened and unused Products within fourteen (14) days of delivery.  

• Process: To initiate a return, contact us at support@phytoaxia.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the Product.  

• Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, with all labels, seals, and accompanying documentation intact. We cannot accept returns of opened or used Products due to health, safety, and hygiene concerns.  

• Shipping Costs: The buyer bears the full cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).  

• Refund Process: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned Product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-14 business days, provided the Product meets our return criteria.

Damaged or Lost Products  

• Damaged Products: If a Product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within fourteen (14) days of delivery by emailing support@phytoaxia.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage. We will, at our discretion, provide a full refund or replacement, including reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs if applicable.  

• Lost in Transit: If a Product is lost during shipping, you must notify us within fourteen (14) days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and, if the loss is confirmed, issue a full refund or replacement at our discretion.

Exceptions to Returns

The following items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon delivery:  

• Customized or specially ordered Products;  

• Perishable goods or items with a limited shelf life;  

• Products explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method and may take 7-14 business days to process, depending on your financial institution. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks.

The Products sold on the Website are natural skincare ingredients intended exclusively for topical formulations. We make no representations or warranties regarding their suitability for specific purposes beyond what is supported by established scientific literature.

• Phyto Axia and its representatives are not dermatologists, we do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations.  

• Products are not intended for oral consumption, internal use, or any application other than topical skincare formulations.  

• If you have concerns about the safety, efficacy, or proper use of our Products, we strongly recommend consulting a qualified dermatologist, chemist, or other relevant professional.

 Product Effectiveness and Stability  

• Claims regarding the benefits of plant extracts and other ingredients sold on the Website are derived from established scientific literature and supplier-provided data. However, the effectiveness, stability, and safety of these ingredients in finished formulations depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to their combination with other ingredients, formulation techniques, storage conditions (e.g., temperature), pH levels, and the use of penetration enhancers or preservatives.  

• Phyto Axia does not guarantee the performance of Products in customer formulations. If you are uncertain about how to combine or use our ingredients, we advise seeking professional assistance from a qualified chemist. Affordable formulation services may be available through online freelancer platforms.

Certificates of Analysis (COA) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS)  

• Certificates of Analysis (COA) provided with Products are based solely on information supplied by our manufacturers or suppliers and are offered “as is” without additional warranties or verification by Phyto Axia.  

• Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are compiled using supplier data and information from applicable regulatory agencies. We disclaim liability for any inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information in these documents.
