Damask rose hydrosol is a 100% natural and organic distillate with a sweet, powerful aroma of fresh roses. It is a by-product of extracting oils from Rosa x damascena, a perennial bushy flowering shrub in the Rosaceae family. This hydrosol contains 10% to 50% rose oil and is rich in phenolic compounds and phytochemicals that offer strong antioxidant properties. It is a humectant, hydrating and moisturizing the skin, making it ideal for dry and mature skin. Additionally, it provides a cooling effect on the skin after sun exposure.
 
Undiluted, damask rose hydrosol has a strong, rich aroma, but when diluted, it maintains a subtle pleasant scent.
