    Slow shipping but package arrived intact.

    Still waiting for order to arrive. It has been 2 weeks since ordering. *I did finally receive the order but it took over two weeks. It was delayed due to high holiday shipping traffic. All the packages arrived safely. I haven’t tried the products yet so will review on just the customer service and shipping right now.

Since we only process orders on weekdays, your order was scheduled for dispatch on Christmas Eve, a day when our courier had limited hours. The package was in transit the Monday after Christmas, and thanks to Chit Chats, they were able to deliver it within 5 business days.
